Coaching

Our coaching is aimed at private individuals, managers and employees who are in a professional and / or private reorientation to deal with new situations, with unknown problems or with personal concerns in a satisfactory way. In addition, there is personal or professional development and the desire for support or advice in decision-making and change processes.

For us, coaching means the effective intervention to enable you, as a person, and the company to fully exploit your own potential.

Especially in difficult situations, this demands professional action, exemplary leadership behavior, clear communication, as well as the ability to make decisions and sensitive conflict management.

At Herbold Coaching, coaches give interventions to coachees so that they can interrupt existing patterns.

Objective feedback, alternative perspectives and identification of unused potential are pointed out by the coachee with the help of the coach.

We are not only interested in career development, but always in personal development as well.
